Job Description

We are looking for a Project Executive (Procurement/Contracts) who is passionate about delivering a focussed and organised procurement programme. If you are self-motivated, detail orientated, have great communication skills and a desire to achieve then thismay be the role for you. The Projects department consists of fast-moving, agile focused teams that are tasked with ensuring the systems and processes across the group are constantly challenged & improved.Job Role: Projet ExecutiveLocation: LiverpoolHours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pmSalary £20,000- £23,000 OTEKey Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a central contract repository, ensuring all contracts are registered and retained appropriately.
  • Organise and manage the procurement/contract schedule, providing notification of upcoming agreement anniversaries to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing the contract engagement process, ensuring input from relevant stakeholders and fulfilment of the necessary checks and reviews in the contract and procurement stage.
  • Document contract/procurement tender process, including requirements/brief, budget, conflicts of interest, stakeholder list and review process.
  • Documenting contract negotiation and details of any risk/term acceptance.
  • Ensuring accurate execution of agreements.
  • Responsible for establishing, maintain and ensuring adherence to an appropriate procurement/outsourcing policy
  • Responsible for identifying and documenting key SLAs/obligations agreed, engaging the business owner to ensure they are monitored to fulfil contractual obligations.
  • Prepare briefings for stakeholders subject to contractual clauses to ensure they are aware of their obligations.
  • Liaise with external parties such as lawyers to collate feedback for internal briefings.
  • Access management of contracts.
  • Liaise with relevant departments, including finance to ensure payment requests are in line with agreed contract.
  • Contribute to the development of contracts and procurement procedures.
  • Active project team member, helping form the project pipeline in line with contract anniversaries. Assisting on project work in downtime in procurement and contracts.
