Job Description

I am looking to recruit for a huge accountancy practice that Reed are extremely proud to represent, We are looking foe a Project Administrator to join their shared service centre and support several other departments within the SSC.The role Is paying a completive salary of £18650 per annum and is a permanent role based in Liverpool city centre.Your day to day looks like:

  • Inbox and email management, responding to queries from clients and international BDO teams and ensuring that items are actioned on timely basis
  • Maintaining project management documents including action logs, issues logs, risk registers and lessons learnt logs
  • Writing up notes and actions following meetings and calls
  • General administrative tasks (e.g. booking team meetings and setting up conference calls)
  • Creating deliverable calendars / deadline timetables
  • Ensuring timely filing and archiving of completed project documents and tasks
  • Building and maintaining client portals (full training will be provided)
  • Data entrysetting up of vendors on clients accounting systems
  • Interacting with clients and colleagues as necessary in a professional and timely manner
  • Support central PMO team and provide cover for other PMO Administrators as necessary
We are looking for:
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • A team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and solve issues
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of programs, especially Word and Excel
  • A level or equivalent qualifications
  • GCSE English at grade C or above
And ideally:
  • Previous experience of providing administrative project support
  • Experience of using Microsoft SharePoint portals
  • Experience of Thomson Reuters OneSource Workflow Manager
