Job Description

Due to an exciting period of growth and transformation, a well-established business based in Liverpool is currently looking to appoint a Project Accountant on an interim basis for four months.As Project Accountant you will be working alongside the Financial Controller and be responsible for:

  • Ensuring rent increases are carried out across the finance systems
  • Following processes for each system and identifying process improvements
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in relation to the rents and service charges
    • As Project Accountant you will have the following skill set:
  • Strong systems experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid finance background
