Production Technician - LightingLocation: Liverpool, L3 4FP.Salary: Competitive, DOE.Contract: Full time, permanent.The ACC Liverpool Group operates the citys waterfront event campus - the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. Playing a leading role inshining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class providerof venue and event services.We are looking to recruit a Production Technician - Lighting on an initial fixed term basis to join our expanding Production Team.The ideal candidate will have strong skills in the field of lighting and be multi-skilled across other disciplines such as sound, projection, video, and rigging. Although these are specialised roles, it is expected that technician will work across all areasthroughout their working week and supporting their relevant senior technician on larger shows and during maintenance and repairs.The roles involve direct interaction with a wide variety of clients, production companies and Senior Management and as such a high level of communication skills and attention to detail are essential for the success of this role. Previous experience of workingon large corporate events, sporting events, concerts, exhibitions and working within a similar sized venue would also be advantageous.The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independently are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent customer service and first-class communication skills.In addition to the above, the candidate will need to be enthusiastic, like minded and complement our experienced and talented team.
