Job Description

Ref: AK-13944Role: Procurement Administrator (energy / utilities) Location: Liverpool with flexible workingSalary: £20-£25K DOE + commission share + opportunity to earn more!Summary:Our client is an award-winning Managed Service Providers delivering all essential services for businesses - IT / Telecoms / energy / water. They are looking for someone with experience in energy / utilities to join their team to be the first point of contact for their clients and partners. You will be responsible for logging, classifying and triaging all inbound calls and email communication, dealing with all requests and providingregular feedback to the customer. The ideal candidate will have some experience in energy renewal / procurement processes and administration. Apply today for more information!Key responsibilities:

  • Processing and fulfilment of orders as well as in-life service requests.
  • Analysing utility bills and offering competitive quotations from approved suppliers
  • Processing utility contracts and orders direct with energy suppliers.
  • Provide first line support to clients by telephone and email across all products and services,
  • Manage client change requests such as In-contract changes, Sim swaps, username, bolt-on, product tariff changes, service regrades etc.
  • Identify and resolve billing issues
  • Analysing and quoting for other products and services
  • Pre-Sales Support - Attend onsite or phone-based meetings with Sales Team staff.
  • Provide Sales consultants with pricing and technical assistance for new Proposals.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business suppliers and clients.
Skills and experience required:
  • B2B Account management in energy or utilities.
  • Analytical skills with experience of analysing energy bills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in an admin role processing LOA and contract management
  • Exp with solar panels, tariffs that can sell back into the network, EV charge points useful
