Job Description

Page Personnel are working on behalf of a client seeking to add a Process & Performance Manager to their Liverpool based team on a permanent basis. The role is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading Not-for-Profit organisation in a position to drive changeacross the employee life-cycle, working with senior stakeholders and managers across all departments.Client DetailsOur client is a leading Not-for-Profit organisation, operating on a national scale within the housing sector. Established over 60 years ago, the organisation has been ever-present within the Merseyside area supporting both local jobs and social housing.Due to a recent restructure and ongoing large project, there is now a requirement for a skilled data analyst and information manager to join the organisation and be a custodian for process change through informed and calculated decision, supporting all seniormanagement.DescriptionJoining the organisation in a management position, its key that the new starter can oversee the development and delivery of process and performance frameworks across the employee life-cycle in all departments. Key areas of focus will be:

  • Ensuring performance standards across the organisation
  • Overseeing and adapting compliance processes
  • Overseeing system maintenance
  • System user administration processes
  • Using reporting tools to deliver interventions, insights and drive data-led change
  • Maintaining Accuracy and integrity of People data
Some of the direct responsibilities will include the new manager delivering and monitoring the process and performance frameworks - assessing, reporting and monitoring service performance to identifying trends ultimately leading to improvement in the endto end service proposition.From implementing data reporting and identifying trends, the Process and Performance manager will support continuous improvement and change initiatives, and will monitor plans & resources to achieve design and delivery targets, while maintaining processcontrol and compliance.Working across the organisation, they should be comfortable and confident in delivering management information (MI) for People Services, enabling accurate reporting of people data to support delivery of the People Strategy, providing analysis and insightsto inform group decision making and direction.Following driving decision making changes, they will support IT colleagues, managers and third-party organisations to design, configure, implement and test the development of any new systems, including upgrades to existing systems, to ensure smooth runningof services with minimum impact to front facing operational practice and customers.ProfileThe successful candidate in this role will:
  • Hold CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of data analysis importance, and how data can be used to drive change within HR.
  • Have an understanding of HR Operations and management, and the importance to processes.
  • Have experience of management, and the ability to establish relationships and work alongside senior stakeholders and managers, and confidence to lead them too.
  • Experience of working with, or understanding of Oracle software would be highly beneficial, but not essential.
