Pre-Construction Manager Permanent £60k-£73k+package ( DOE ) Liverpool My client is a leading developer contractor that specialise in large scale new build developments within luxury apartments and student accommodation.Due to an ever-increasing workload they are looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with a Pre-construction Manager. The candidate they are looking for will have previous experience working within design and feasibility.Your responsibilities will be to ascertain the feasibility of the projects proposed for construction, with particular emphasis on the surrounding areas of the project, local council interaction, local residents and planning permission.The role of the Pre-Construction Manager is largely responsible for steering the proposed development plans from concept to site. You will be assessing construction designs and taking them through proposal stages considering all of the surrounding factors.A large amount of the role is commercial aspect, so you will be experienced in pricing and costing for large scale projects.The company want to invest heavily in the preconstruction side of their business and make sure the involvement is there right from pretender to delivery and make it an end to end process and the Pre Construction manager is key to this.The successful Preconstruction Manager will have experience on contractual and Bid stages of pre-construction.
