Job overviewA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse to join our friendly and talented team at Stoneycroft Medical Centre. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery or nursing care to our practice population of 4,500 patients, working closely with the wider Nurse Team, GPs and Practice Management Team.The position is for 30 hours a week over 4 days.Previous experience in General Practice would be welcome, but not essential.- We use EMIS Web system- We are high QOF achievers- We are rated Good with CQCSalary is negotiable based on experience.
