Job Description

We are seeking a Pitch Assistant to provide excellent administrative support in our Professional Services department. This role is based in Liverpool and would suit a meticulous, organised individual with a keen eye for detail.Client DetailsOur client is a prominent player in the Professional Services industry.   • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Assisting in the creation and editing of pitch documents.
  • Coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information.
  • Maintaining the database of pitch materials and templates.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines in all documents and presentations.
  • Organising and managing project time lines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assisting in tracking pitch outcomes and providing feedback to the team.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.
ProfileA successful Pitch Assistant should have:
  • A strong academic background, preferably in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
