Following the formation of our new clinical divisions a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional personal assistant to join our team to provide full support to two Deputy Chief Operating Officers and also to line manage 5 divisional personal assistants.The Personal Assistant has a critical role in supporting the Deputy Chief Operating Officers to deliver their objectives.The post holder will develop excellent relationships both internally and externally and will frequently be the first point of contact for key stakeholders. The post holder will have exemplary communication skills to ensure that a positive impression of the Trust is maintained at all times.The post holder will work at all times with a high degree of discretion and initiative, respecting confidentiality of information. It will be important for the post holder to develop and maintain an understanding of key Trust issues in order to manage and prioritise workload effectively and make decisions as appropriate.
