Howarth Morris are looking to recruit a Payroll Manager for £500m t/o Supply Chain Specialist in Liverpool. This market leading business prides itself on their cutting-edge network of state-of-the-art facilities that help to maximise the efficiency ofsupply chain while reducing costs.The RoleThe Payroll Manager will actively manage both weekly and monthly payroll activity whilst providing efficient support and guidance to the wider administration team, ensuring a professional and compliant approach.Key Responsibilities* Processing Weekly and Monthly payrolls for circa 2000 employees.* Compile payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports and maintaining records* Reconciling payroll accounts and resolving any discrepancies* Updating payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and department/division transfers* Completing End of Year procedures including P11d, P60, EPS reconciliations* Continuous improvement of the payroll system and testing updates and tickets as and when required* Liaising with shared service team and HR Transactional Services Manager to ensure all payroll actions are processed ahead of submissions* Identifying and responding to payroll queries in a timely mannerCandidate Requirements* Excellent knowledge of Payroll legislation* Experience of running multiple complex payrolls* Staff management experience* Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines* Understanding or working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors* Good skills when using ExcelIf you feel you tick a number of boxes and would like some more information, apply now with your CV and we can arrange a time to discuss further,Howarth Morris Committed to Progressing Businesses and to Progressing Careers, Howarth Morris are North West based and provide a UK wide Finance & HR recruitment solution to businesses from owner managed SMEs to FTSE 100 and Blue-Chip Multinationals.
