This award winning business are seeking a Payroll Assistant on a permanent basis PART or FULL TIME to join the busy client facing payroll function. If you have Payroll Bureau experience or entry level payroll experience and understand basic payroll legislation please apply!DescriptionThe successful Payroll Assistant must have:*Processed payroll clients on a weekly, fortnightly monthly rota.*Manual calculations.*PAYE/NIC*Statutory payments i.e. SMP/SPP, SAP and SSP*RTI submissions*Auto enrolment*Liaise with HMRCProfileThe successful Payroll Assistant must have:*Experience working within a Payroll Bureau *Knowledge of Auto Enrolment *Fully up to date with all Payroll rules and regulations*Ability to manually calculate tax and NI*Adaptable to different payroll software*Excellent communication and organisational skills*Experienced with Excel and Sage 50 payroll (advantageous)Job OfferThis role is offering:*Competitive starting salary 16-18k *20 days Holidays (8 bank holidays)*Great pension scheme*Study support (after probation) Required skills
