Page Personnel are currently working in partnership with a huge organisation recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their exciting team. This role is offering an amazing amount of experience and accountability. Based in Liverpool with on-site parking, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity.Client DetailsThis organisation has been established for many years and are continuously growing, offering huge prospects and most importantly job security. This award winning establishment prides itself on professionalism and loyalty to customers and employees. The successful Payroll Administrator would be joining one of the most exciting Payroll teams in the North West region on a permanent, full time basis.DescriptionThe Payroll Administrator duties will be:

  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Running and controlling all reports
  • Payslips
  • Year end reporting
  • RTI
  • P60
  • Liaising with HMRC
  • P.A.Y.E
  • Processing any starters or leavers to the business
  • Bank changes
  • Tax code amendments
  • ProfileThe successful Payroll Administrator must have:
  • Working in a Payroll knowledge within last 12 months
  • Able to work full time
  • Knowledge of Auto Enrolment
  • Ability to manually calculate tax and NI (advantageous not essential)
  • Experience with creating and uploading CSV files
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experienced with Excel.
