Job Description

An opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join my clients Housing and Regeneration Home Ownership team to deal with home ownership and residential conveyancing work.Client DetailsMy client are a well established firm in Liverpool, with offices across the north.My client specialise in enabling public and third sector organisations and private individuals to achieve their goals. They are a full service legal offering to large and mid-sized businesses, SMEs, public sector bodies, charities, business owners, entrepreneursand high-net worth individuals.Description- To play an integral role within your department supporting your team across a variety of activities- Manage multiple tasks across a number of files and cases- Develop commercial acumen to understand how your role contributes to the wider firm agenda- Balance deadlines, collaborating within your department, and providing strong administrative skills to enable high levels of client service deliveryProfile- Working as a supportive member of your team, taking on activties that support your department an our colleagues as required- Accountabilities may include activties such as handling caseloads, filing, document management, drafting letters and correspondence, building ad undertaking research- Managing a variety of tasks across a number of cases at anyngiven time- System management and inputting data- Be able to build good working relationships across our firm enabling knowledge and experience sharing- Work with your team members to support them as and when needed- Work with colleagues to help build your knowledge of our firm and contribute to the wider firm agenda- Ability to manage varioys tasks and competing priorties, ensuring differing deadlines are met- Ability to maintain accuracy and a high level of detail ensuring consistent and reliable administrstive support of your department- Managing workloads, communicating progress across all stakeholders ensuring a joined up and collaborative approach- See gaps and fill them, working collaboratively across your department and building internal relationships- Experince or exposure of working in a professional environment is desirable but not not essential- Adminstration and IT skills- Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal- See gaps and fill them, working collaboratively across your department across your department and building internal relationships- Effectively prioritise workload ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and your team can deliver against client needs at all times- Focusing on developing your technical skills (drafting, research attention to detail) in addition to developing your professionalism (organisational ability, attitude) by proactively seeking out new work and opportunities for development- Build good working relationships across our firm enabling knowledge and experience sharing- Work with colleagues to help build your knowledge of our firm and contribute to the wider firm agenda- Support and cultivate a culture of inclusion to all colleagues, valuing diversity and respecting individual strengths, views and opinionsJob Offer- Competitive salary- Generous holiday allowance- Flexible working
