Job Description

We are looking to attract Paralegals to join DWF, an award-winning global legal business, across our nationwide officesThe successful candidate will join our Real Estate Team within our Legal Advisory Division.The main function of this job is to support the operational functioning of the Real Estate Practice Area, providing a high standard of service delivery to both internal and external clients, in line with best practice and liaising with all fee earners withinthe group/area.You will proactively complete activities across a wide range of standardised work types, (either as individual tasks or as part of a broader project) spanning a range of Real Estate work types including (but not limited to) asset management, SDLT returns,Land Registry engagement, post completion work, due diligence. You will also support the delivery of more complex activities/escalations within the work types, requiring a more in-depth practice area knowledge.Typical duties will include drafting legal documents, document review exercises, liaising with clients and third parties in respect of transactions, where appropriate, managing electronic data sites including uploading and ordering documentation, providingpre and post completion support on transactional work areas, legal research and proof reading.Were offering you the opportunity to join a supportive and collegiate team and gain access to top level industry training.
