Private Personal Assistant - PA needed. To support UHNWI based in Saudi Arabia & working within the one of the Saudi Royal Palaces. Ex-Cabin Crew, Pas or Secretaries please apply. The role will involve; administration, PA & secretarial duties with more detail below.Salary on offer is $2000 to $4000 tax free per month. There are no additional living costs for you to pay, as premium on-site accommodation, all meals, utility bills inc internet charges are fully covered. Our client will arrange your visa requirements although the client in Saudi Arabia has stipulated - you must have a full clean bill of health with no underlying medical conditions.You would be based in one of the many royal palaces that are based in and around the capital city of Riyadh & the port city of Jeddah.Video call interviews now being done for- Apply now for a response within 24 hours.Working hours - you will be expected to be available 6 days per week but hours can vary between 4 to 10 hours a day depending on the work flow.PA / Personal Assistant duties:You will be responsible for ensuring the principal and their schedule is organised at all times.Organising schedules and overseeing all diaries and some correspondence. You will be ensuring everything is seamless.Duties to include:* Travel organisation and itineraries, accommodation, visas, transportation, and transfers.* Diary management: prioritising and scheduling meetings, and appointments.* PA - Personal Assistant general duties* Management of all correspondence.* Liaison with suppliers and contractors - maintaining and building relationships.* Travelling with the principal on occasion throughout the world.* Running errands when required and personal shopping.* Other administrative and organisational duties on request.Essential Criteria:* Previous administrative or Private PA experience would be advantageous.* Ex-Cabin Crew also very welcome* Professional and excellent verbal and written communication* Possess strong administrative abilities with good organisational, interpersonal communication skills* Distinct ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion* Proficient in MS Office.* Result oriented, energetic and proactive with the ability to work independently* Positive can-do attitude* Willingness to travel with short notice* Calm with the ability to work well under pressure* A self-starter who will go above and beyond to get the job done* A team player who is willing to work collaboratively, as well as autonomously* Proficiency in English is essential, and second language would be advantageous.* Excellent checkable referencesClick on Apply now for immediate considerationEligibility - Visa requirements are complex but will be managed during the interview process
