Job DescriptionRole: Night Outreach Support WorkerLocation: Liverpool, MerseysideContract: Permanent, Weekly 37.5-Hours guaranteedHours of Work: 7pm-7amPay: £9.00-£12.00Your New Company:The company that you will be working for is a well-established, leading provider in Leaving Care across Greater Manchester for young adults between the ages of 16-25 transitioning out of the care system and into self-independent adult life.Your New Role:As a Night Outreach Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping your Service Users through the nightly hours with whatever it is they need supporting with. Doing checks on areas and service users who may need your assistance. Help them become set up and supported through the night whilst they make their transition into adult life. To do this you must undertake some key responsibilities:

  • Provide transport/escort to Service Users as directed in line with care plans
  • Ongoing assessment of Service Users needs
  • Provide ongoing support and monitoring of Service Users
  • Work effectively and cooperatively across multi-disciplinary teams for the benefit of the Service User
  • Ensure that nightly support is safe, consistent, planned, and reliable
    • What We Want From You Our Support Worker:
  • Possession of an active drivers licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Some previous experience within support work
  • Understanding and experience in general skills such as House maintenance, healthcare, cooking, banking etc.
  • A desire and passion for supporting and helping others who are in need
  • A resilient, patient and hardworking character
