Job Description

National Key Accounts Manager - Construction Rental / Plant Hire (Generators, Compressors, Hand Tools) - Highly Competitive Salary & PackageWhite Label Recruitment are currently representing a multi-national engineering business that specialises in equipment for the construction and rental sector with a vast range of products including compressors and hand-held tools. This company really isa true market leader in the industry and highly sought after business to work for, and they offer incredible training from day one and promise to deliver at least 40 hours of training per year- every year!Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking to take on a National key Accounts Manager to cover the UK.The Role-This is a home based position, covering the UK.The candidate should ideally be located between the West Midlands and the North West

  • You will be responsible for developing existing accounts, and also for finding prospects and converting them to new customers.
  • Utilising the CRM system and working closely with the marketing team.
  • Promote specialist products with a view to convert these in to orders
  • Work with the Business Line Manager to implement strategies and business plans
  • Proactive account management of key accounts
Requirements-The role requires a confident person with a technical understanding who is prepared to travel and conduct face to face meetings with both new and existing accounts/prospects.
  • Have a proven sales track record ideally within or associated to construction rental / plant hire
  • Must have key account management experience and a proven track record of developing these accounts
  • Must have good experience of construction plant hire / rental background
  • Experience with compressors and/or generators is highly desirable
  • Looking for someone who can really grow with the business
  • Must have longevity in career history
Salary and Package
  • £40,000-£50,000 per annum (Can be flexible for the right candidate)
