MBA are currently recruiting on behalf of an independent legal service solution who are committed to delivering relevant and refreshing legal support for the needs of their clients. They break the traditional legal service mould to present their clients with a dynamic and cutting- edge alternative to traditional law firms.We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to manage a caseload of high value, fast track and multi-track Motor Defence claims with an element of fraud. This solicitor will be representing large insurer clients in defending civil claims whilst utilising relevant legal practices to reach best solution for the client.As a Motor Defence Solicitor, you will be required to complete the following tasks;* Confidently managing own caseload of pre-lit and litigated files* Acting on behalf of motor insurance client from claims notification stage* Prepare case plans and strategy notes for handling the case whilst managing all documentation in strict confidence* Represent clients in court and preparing court documents* Negotiate with clients and other professionals to secure agreed objectivesWhat were looking for from a qualified Motor Defence solicitor;* NQ solicitor, with LPC or CILEX* Previous legal experience is essential* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Strong legal knowledge whilst keeping up to date with changes and developments in the law by reading journals and law reports.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and maintain relevant information.Job Detail:* Full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm* Flexible working from home* Salary £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience* 25 days holiday, plus your birthday and bank holidays* Development opportunitiesThis is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join an inclusive and open-minded organisation that will encourage them to further develop their career.
