Relaxed and creative environment; Two annual performance-based bonuses; Supportive culture; Opportunities for personal development; Permanent Motion Designer role; Range of clients and sectors; Video Production company established over 10 years; Video, Motion Graphics, Animation; TV advertisements, photography, events and experiential, live streaming.Reporting to the senior motion designer, working alongside 4 video editors, the Motion designer will produce content for clients within the Gaming, Sports, Leisure and Tourism, FMCG, Retail and Education sectors.Typical responsibilities will include:- Storyboarding and creating varied and captivating video and motion content- Working autonomously and as part of the motion design team- Conceptualising, animate and execute projects from pitch to final production- Working across 2D and 3D animation on TV commercials, Events and Live Streaming- Designing to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of work within a fast-paced environmentThis role will suit Motion Designer candidates, and Videographer candidates with a strong motion graphics background.Experience and skills will include some or all of the following:- Storyboard design- Proficient in motion design, animation and typographical skills- Strong communication and people skills with lots of enthusiasm- Experience in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, Premiere Pro will be desirable- Liaising with clients in taking briefs and advising them where possibleThe Motion Designer will be joining a skilled team of 20, as part of a forward-thinking creative video production company, operating out of 3 UK locations. They will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects for a wide range of large national brands, on state of the art equipment, and will be able to to develop their skills whilst working with national brands. This is a great opportunity for with a graduate or junior motion designer to develop their experience as part of a renewed video production agency with lots of progression.This is an active requirement.
