Job Description

MIS Officer - Urgent - to start October/November 2022£30k Monday to FridayLiverpool, MerseysidePermanent Full Time 37.5hours per week, 3 days in the office, 2 days from homeAre you an experienced MIS Officer with a working knowledge of PICS and Adult Education BudgetProvide administrative and data support as required ensuring routine services are provided and that standard administrative and management information functions are performed to the highest possible standard.Your role will include; Ensure accurate management of data and administration of the end-to-end participant journey, participant data, progress reports, outcomes, and end of programme details Provide support and feedback on, funded and commercial provision including but not limited to, Adult Education Budget, Apprenticeships, Ministry of Justice, European Social Fund, Department of Work and Pensions, Commercial Clients Ensure compliance for all data elements of the division Support the admin function to ensure timely and compliant submission of data from and to all stakeholders Ensure timely registrations and claims, and communication of any accredited provision Ensure resource stocks are maintained to appropriate levels and liaise with all teams to plan and fulfil needs for all planned courses Support training sessions through room bookings, coordinating refreshments and facilitiesKey Accountabilities & Responsibilities Planning and organising skills Clear and confident communication skills, both written and oral to internal and external parties Good and competent ICT skills Problem solving skills Able to work on own initiativeEssential Job Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience relevant to the role: Use of key technology platforms:- PICs essential, desirable Arlo, Salesforce, Ring Central, Moodle Personal qualities of integrity, honesty, transparency and commitment to ownership of the mission & values of the organisation Positive personality - self-motivated, passionate & driven to achieve results Excellent communication Ability to manage to tight deadlines & conflicting prioritiesTo apply for the role of MIS Officer please email your cv toTina Lacey Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to the skills, training and welfare to work sectors nationally.
