Job Title: Medical AdministratorLocation: LiverpoolPay: £9.50- £10.65 per hourImmediate StartAspion are currently looking to recruit an Administrator or patient coordinator to join a small team back office on site near the South Liverpool area. The candidate will be required to contact patients via telephone checking appointment times and datesand updating the Emis system. Candidates will be trained to use this system but will need to have great customer service skills and able to have a professional telephone manner.DutiesMaking outbound calls to patients checking appointment times are ok.Updating patient recordsBooking in patientsReferralsInputting data on to Emis SystemYou will work one day per week remotely form home.This is a three month temporary position but could become longer or even permanent to meet the needs of the business.Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or flexible hours can be arranged to fit around family commitments !At Aspion, our core values have been built around the importance of transparency, innovation, passion and collaboration.
