Youll enjoy great benefits associated with a world leading company including training on their product range. The role will be suitable for engineers from any kind of plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment. Automotive technicians/motor trade applicants will also be considered. You need to demonstrate mechanical service and repair skills, ideally haveengine diagnostic and some basic electrical skills.Youll form part of a highly skilled team in a very reputable business. The role is mechanical and electrical service and repair of used forklifts, including diesel and hydraulic repairs. Youll order any spares when needed and communicate progress to theWorkshop Manager. The role is based at a clients site permanently in Halewood.The Mechanical Technician role in brief:*Carry out service and repair work on workshop and service basis on a range of used forklift trucks.*3 Shift Monday to Friday, week 1 5.30am to 2pm, Week 2 1.30pm to 10pm and Week 3 9.30pm to 6amThe Person Required:*Mechanical and electrical repair skills*Experience of working on vehicles, HGVs, forklifts, Cars, plant machinery etc.*Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent*IT literate
