Areas of expertise include Motor Overhaul, final Drive Overhaul and refurbishment of Jubilee Line Underground trains.Position Summary:Stripping engines within the Rail industry. You will be working in teams to breakdown mechanical systems on to locomotive parts and rebuild.Roles can include:* Motor and component strip down components and rebuild. - Jubilee Line Refurbishment* Fitting newly re-furbished rolling stock motors and VCBs / Modules* Working from engineering drawings to replace and refit components.Person Profile/Experience:* A strong mechanical background is required.* People from HGV / large engines / rolling stock assembly / REME / automation etc. backgrounds ideal.* Understanding of engines / hydraulics / pneumatics in plant or heavy good ideal.* Good attitude and willing to work flexibly (overtime available)Qualifications:* NVQ Level 3 (or similar in engineering)Contact Information: James BellEmail: PLEASE NOTE ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUGS AND ALCOHOL TEST BEFORE BEINGOFFERED A POSITION
