Were recruiting for the unique, exciting and newly created role of Marketing Manager. Based in Liverpool City Centre, no two days will be the same when working across our portfolio of brands; Tradewind Recruitment, SANZA Teaching Agency and our brand new business, Accelerate Tutors.Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing; its the perfect time to join as weve very recently launched our newest brand and website, Accelerate Tutors, so your wealth of marketing knowledge and experience will be quintessential to its success.Supported by a Marketing Executive and working alongside a Digital Marketing Manager and a Designer, the role of Marketing Manager will be crucial to assist the Head of Marketing to develop, enhance and maintain all marketing activity across our three brands; ensuring our teams are fully supported through national and local recruitment campaigns.Being commercially astute as well as innovative and creative is paramount, planning and driving revenue generating, multi-channel recruitment campaigns that get results. A growth marketing mindset, there will be tons of opportunity to implement your smart, cost-effective, ROI efficient ideas.A confident communicator, youll also have a penchant for grammatical perfection and excellent written English skills, with an exceptional flair for copywriting; whether a web page, eshot, brochure, or social media post. Youll be full of ideas, love getting stuck into great all-encompassing recruitment marketing campaigns and enjoy the challenge and variety of multiple projects every day.As well as tons of traditional marketing experience, youll have a host of demonstrable experience under your belt in email marketing; youll be ready to go and eager to get stuck into our email campaigns and segmenting our lists to create really relevant e-shots that get results.Youll be CRO orientated and continuously analysing and looking for ways to improve our websites and conversions alongside our Digital Marketing Manager and web agencies via SEO, PPC, display, and re-targeting.Youll be Chief copywriter as well as heading up our social media, always looking for opportunities for great content to increase our followers and engagement.Almost living in our CRM system, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager, youll be making data-driven decisions daily to help drive the business forward.This is an exciting and varied role, covering all aspects of marketing; print, digital, job boards, social media and events - the whole spectrum.What can we offer you Were a Sunday Times Top 100 Employer for the 4th year running; so we like to think were a pretty great place to work!
