Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Marketing Assistant to join a well established and growing businessThe Role:

  • A newly created role, the successful candidate will support the Head of Communications to create engaging digital marketing campaigns and increase social media presence & following across all channels.
  • Be part of creating & implementing innovative social media campaigns to drive lead generation & promote brand awareness/engagement.
  • Monitor social media posts to ensure compliance with company branding and protocol.
  • Create engaging & interesting blog articles/video content to highlight innovative & award-winning approach to the service & rewarding team culture.
  • Research and keep up to date with the latest social media & digital marketing trends.Support the leadership team & homes with Adhoc design requirements.
  • Update reports monitoring social media following & engagement/ website traffic/interaction.
    • Experience Required:
  • Experience across all major social media platforms - including creating & publishing posts.
  • Strong attention to detail, skilled in multi-tasking.
  • Graphic Design Background - including photoshop skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills with a passion for writing.Copywriting & design experience would be advantageous (personal blogging or corporate).
  • The ability to create video content would be a distinct advantage.Self-motivated & passionate, you thrive using your own initiative and have a willingness to learn.
  • Highly creative, you have an inquisitive nature & an innovative approach to digital marketing.
  • With great energy & positivity, you will bring huge fun & laughter to the teamExperience in a digital marketing role is preferred.
  • SEO building experience is definitely of interest but not essential
