Job Description

Litigation SolicitorLiverpool£30,000 - £60,000My client is a leading law firm based in Liverpool, specialising in a wide range of legal services. They take pride in their commitment to providing exceptional legal solutions, and are now seeking skilled and dedicated Litigation Solicitors to join their dynamicteam.We are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to handle a broad spectrum of litigation matters in Liverpool. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing various litigation cases and providing comprehensive legal advice and representationto our clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, civil litigation, and personal injury cases.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and provide expert legal advice.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure effective case management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations affecting the litigation practice.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Solicitor with a strong background in litigation.
  • Proven experience in handling a variety of litigation matters.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Adherence to ethical and professional standards.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
