With a diverse portfolio of residential properties across South Liverpool, they have a strong presence within both the professional lets and student lettings markets.They now have an opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings agent, within their successful brand. This role has huge potential for growth and career development and offers an opportunity to work within a supportive management team who will strive to help you reach your full potential.We are looking for a highly accomplished lettings professional who has proven experience in developing new lettings business, a local knowledge of the Liverpool lettings market and the ability to grow the lettings portfolio.You should be an experienced valuer, much of your day will be spent out of the office winning new instructions to market.The role has huge scope for the right candidate to progress and develop the team, so we are looking for an accomplished lettings professional who has the natural drive and motivation to succeed.An attractive package will be offered to the successful candidate: Basic salary £25000 - £27000 plus benefits and commission. OTE £35,000 - £40,000k.Monday - Friday 9-6pm.
