Are you an experienced Fee Earner/Solicitor Are you experienced in advisory and drafting services to provide support and assistance to solicitors and fee earners managing caseloads in what is a busy and varied practice.If so, this could be the perfect role for you.Predominantly based out of the clients head office within the Liverpool area, you will be dealing in complex civil litigation; primarily in the fields of financial mis-selling, consumer credit, construction and landlord and tenant.Benefits for this role include:A competitive basic salary that ranges between £30,000-£35,000 per annum (solely based on experience).25 days holidays (plus bank holidays) and includes your own birthday day off."Me Time" employee scheme.Pension and healthcare scheme.Strong training and progression opportunities throughout the business.Day to day duties in this role include:Developing litigation strategies both alone and as part of a team as well as being comfortable providing support to junior and new members of the team.Providing technical support and guidance to Solicitors, Fee Earners and Legal Assistants.Preparing written advices in relation to matters such as liability, quantum and evidence alongside preparing documents to include pleadings, applications and witness statements.Ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct 2011 and/or the Bar Standards Board Handbook In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:At least 2 years experience within a fee earner or solicitor position.In depth knowledge of the basic principles of law and Civil Procedure Rules.Experience using a Case Management SystemPrevious experience of assisting training members of staffIf you fit the above criteria, please apply directly and to speed up your application, complete our pre-registration link on If you require any further information, please e-mail Daniel on to discuss everything further.
