Since their establishment in the early 2000s, they have had an increasing workload, and now employee over 250 staff- with aims to further grow their friendlymaintenance team.In this varied Supervisory role you will undertake both on the tools maintenance work (80%) and supervisory responsibilities including rotas and paperwork (20%) as you oversee the tight-knit maintenance team of 5 and carry out varied planned and reactive buildingfabric Maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical work.
