Job Description

We are currently working with a reputable legal practice who are looking to appoint an L&D Advisor to be based in their Liverpool office.The role is a full time permanent position and is paying up to £30k (DOE).Daily duties include (but not limited to):

  • Assisting in the design and delivery of a range of blended learning programmes
  • Ensuring training programmes are maintained and remain relevant
  • Working with stakeholders, suppliers and subject matter experts to coordinate the delivery of professional and soft skills-based L&D courses
  • Providing support and assistance on all areas of early careers lifecycle
  • Supporting and assisting the development of the apprenticeships programmes
  • Maintaining relationships with third party training providers
  • Providing analysis and date on activities, costs and performance
Experience required:
  • Training delivery
  • Training needs analysis
