Junior Credit Controller - With Study Support

Job Description

Accountable Recruitment are working with an organisation within the insurance sector for a Junior Credit Controller Salary - £21,000-£23,000Permanent ContractHours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday-FridayHybrid working pattern - 2 days at home, 3 in officeDuties;

  • Chasing, collecting and allocating payments from clients and sub agents in a timely manner
  • Responding to queries from clients and agents received by phone, email or letter
  • Maintaining accurate records of any correspondence received from the client regarding payments
  • Providing support to other team members at times of the month where there may be high volumes of tasks
  • Supporting wider finance department regarding policies and procedures
The ideal candidate;
  • Credit Control experience desirable
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge essential
  • Analytical with excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
