Job Description

My client, an Accountancy & Business Advisory Firm with offices throughout the UK are looking to recruit within their large SSC based in Liverpool City Centre.Your role as Junior Assistant Project Administrator will give you the opportunity to develop your career within the Project Management Office (PMO) to help continuing growth and strengthen the team delivering across multiple internal and external projects.This role would suit a candidate with administrative experience, good organisational skills, and attention to detail.You will be supporting Global Outsourcing which is an exciting, dynamic, and fast-growing environment. Their clients are typically large organisations that require us to provide a suite of services on a year-round basis.DUTIES

  • Inbox and email management, responding to queries from clients and internal teams and ensuring that items are actioned on timely basis.
  • Maintaining project management documents including action logs, issues logs, risk registers and lessons learnt logs.
  • Writing up notes and actions following meetings and calls
  • General administrative tasks (e.g. booking team meetings and setting up conference calls)
  • Creating deliverable calendars / deadline timetables
  • Ensuring timely filing and archiving of completed project documents and tasks.
  • Building and maintaining client portals (full training will be provided)
  • Data entry - setting up of vendors on clients’ accounting systems.
  • Interacting with clients and colleagues as necessary in a professional and timely manner
  • Support central team and provide cover for other Administrators, as necessary.
  • TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & PROFESSIONALS SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and solve issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of programs, especially Word and Excel
  • A’ level or equivalent qualifications
  • GCSE English at grade C or above
  • DESIRABLE:
  • Previous experience of providing administrative project support.
  • Experience of using Microsoft SharePoint portals
  • Experience of Thomson Reuters OneSource Workflow Manager
