IT Support Technician required for my client based in Liverpool (Kirkby) for a permanent role paying approx. £20-25K DOEYou must drive and have the right to work within the UK.This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic support technician to progress and grow within a supportive and laid-back environment. As an IT Support Analyst, you will have responsibility for delivering high quality IT support and customer service. Therole is hands on with the opportunity to gain exposure and experience in wider IT projects.The main tasks of the job:o Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager and Team Leader.o Deliver a high-quality IT support to the team and clients.o Answering calls and responding to emails in a timely fashion.o Ensure activities are completed in line with management.o Handle the IT ticketing system resolving issues promptly while triaging other requests to relevant IT Engineers, including escalating urgent tickets.o Maintain and support Office 365 environment and CRM/Active Directoryo Administration of Windows Environment.o Assist in troubleshooting IT system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.o Provide support (inc. desk side) for internal IT applications and systems.Experience and attributes:o Experience of working in an IT Helpdesk customer focused setting.o Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange and various Microsoft Products.o Working knowledge of Windows.o Basic networking knowledge.o Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.o Ability to engage, use initiative, work positively within a small team.o Ability to work independently as well as take direction and work collaboratively across divisional and departmental boundaries.o Excellent organisational skills (spoken and written) and the ability to effectively prioritise workload.
