IT Service Desk Team Leader, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Mainly RemoteIT Service Desk Team Leader required to work for a fast-growing and exciting Professional Services company based in the centre of Liverpool. However, this is mainly remote. The current Service Desk Team are literally only visiting the office circa twicea month!We need someone with IT Service Desk Team Leading experience, or someone who is operating as a Senior Service Desk Analyst and is ready to step up into a Team Leading role.The tech stack is Microsoft technologies, along with dealing with some unique technologies such as iManage.
