Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Hire & Sales Co-Ordinator for one of the UKs largest independent suppliers within their industry. This is a permanent Internal Sales opportunity offering the salary between GBP18,000 - GBP24,000 dependent on experience, free parking and a competitive bonus scheme. This role is based in Liverpool, but will require flexibility on travel for the role.About The Role:Mainly dealing with inbound calls and enquiries from a range of organisations including hire companies, housing associations and contractors Taking those enquiries and turning into quotes for the customer Uploading quotes onto the system and logging all the relevant information needed Converting into sales and orders Following up on quotes and prices sent Processing all relevant export and logistical documentation in line with guidelines Data input onto internal system General admin duties Essential Skills & Experience:Must have experience within an internal sales role/ internal account manager role Experience in a similar role in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential Confident on the phone when talking to all ranges of stakeholders and decision makers Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication ability Focused with a keen eye for detail About The Benefits:Salary of up to GBP24000 DOE Immediate start Growing and expanding company Company auto enrol pension scheme Stability - existing staff have been there a long time 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays Optional over time available Attendance bonus Performance related bonuses available To Apply:If this sounds like a sales role you will LOVE, please send your CV today!
