You will provide first and second line support to SLH staff, customers, partners and Board members, solving complex technical issues. Reporting into the Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the support of the Azure IaaS services and provide support to Windows 2016 and 2019, Exchange Online, Office 365 and Azure.What skills and experience will you haveYou will be MCSE qualified or have a similar degree level qualification, with considerable experience in wide area network management and management of virtualised environments, VMWare or Hyper V. You will be experienced in installing and configuring hardware and software, and have the ability to manage large scale projects.
