Job Description

Fundamental to this is the provision of good quality housing that people are proud to call their home.What will your role beYou will be responsible for managing the organisations ICT infrastructure, including but not limited to hardware, software, security, network, telephony and the support of their Cloud services. Providing support to colleagues, customers and stakeholderson complex and escalated technical issues. Youll be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting escalations from ICT Helpdesk
  • Analysing problems and providing recommendations to the team
  • Networking
  • Azure
  • Windows / MS Infrastructure
  • Firewalls
You will lead on the delivery of infrastructure projects as directed by the Head of ICT keeping up to date with developments in technology and ICT strategy to support the effective delivery of the organisations ICT services.Please view the Job Description for further details.Who are they looking forYou will be MCSE qualified or have a similar degree level qualification, or considerable experience in network management and management of virtualised environments.You will be experienced in installing and configuring hardware and software, and have the ability to manage large scale projects.
