Job Description

The Recruitment function plays an integral part in supporting the businesss people strategy and offers professional support and guidance to each area of the organisation.We are looking for a resourceful and passionate In-house Recruiter to deliver exceptional Talent for hiring needs across our Group FunctionsAs an expert at managing relationships both externally and internally, you will capitalise on your wealth of knowledge, and influencing ability, to deliver the Recruitment strategy for Group.As a brand ambassador and advocate of diversity, equality and inclusion a great hiring experience regardless of outcome.There will also be opportunities to support and work on various People Services related projects.Job Title: In-house RecruiterLocation: Liverpool with Hybrid workingSalary: £22,000 - £26,000Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:30pmWhat you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the attraction and sourcing of applicants fully utilizing all available resources and tools
  • Contribute to, and conduct supporting activity for, the wider Recruitment and Employer Brand activities
  • Development of a talent pipeline and network
  • Constantly striving for a market-leading, sociable and personable candidate experience
  • Responsible for arranging and confirming all candidate interviews
  • Clear, concise and constructive feedback confidently delivered to each and every interviewed candidate
  • Appropriate and accurate usage of Applicant Tracking System to enable an efficient internal process and data reporting
  • Support the recruitment team with continued evolution of attraction and selection tools for key roles in the business
  • Coach, develop and upskill key hiring Managers in candidate attraction and assessment
  • Liaise with providers (Job Boards, ATS etc) where applicable to improve resources and Employer Brand impact
What we are looking for:
  • A clear passion for resourcing and recruitment and desire to attract, engage and recruit leading talent
  • Experienced within multiple direct sourcing methods, utilizing advertising, cv banks, social media and headhunting
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Confidence and ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the organisation, as well as with external contacts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels
