Job Description

To develop and deliver the process and performance frameworks, ensuring performance standards, compliance, systems maintenance, user administration and governance of the HR process & systems. Maximising systems capability and reporting tools to deliver timely interventions and insights, maintaining accuracy and integrity of people data and outputs across the Group at all times.Client DetailsA successful national organisation with over 1500 employees.Description

  • Deliver and monitor the process and performance frameworks, assessing, reporting and monitoring service performance, identifying trends and systems to improve the end to end service proposition
  • Provide process and systems expertise to colleagues across the Group, including developing and maintaining systems collateral including user guidance and providing coaching, support and training as required to deliver operational excellence
  • Maintain knowledge of data management and systems developments and opportunities, to continually develop competence in the role and contribute to the planning process and future decision making
  • Support the design of process and control requirements, maximising systems capability and self- service reporting to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Manage and deliver cyclical process and systems activity across the employee life cycle including the launch of the performance review, benefits, legislative and performance review process
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of people data including data structures, identifying and addressing data quality issues to ensure data integrity standards are adhered to effectively
  • Build and maintain the Group establishment data ensuring the hierarchy, posts and data accuracy and effective integration and interface with identified HR and downstream systems
  • Profile
  • Experience of successfully providing HR process, systems and BI service within a large complex organisation
  • Knowledge of managing and monitoring governance and control frameworks to maintain compliance and performance
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of HCM and BI databases and systems including HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Learning and Development systems
  • Advanced level of technical IT capability including Excel and other MS Office packages
  • Understanding of the principles of data structures, integrity and data quality
  • Understanding of transforming manual systems to IT enabled solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
