Job Description

HR Officer – Maternity leave 12 month FTCWe are currently assisting in the recruitment of an experienced HR Officer on a FTC basis to support all HR functions within a successful and thriving high school. Based within the HR team and supporting the Director with day to day HR and recruitment.This role will mainly consist of –• Managing all recruitment requirements within the school, including all supply staff.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and agency suppliers.• Full onboarding, inductions and training.• All compliance checks such as referencing, DBS and safe guarding checks and police checks.• All HR administration, putting together needed emails, documents and letters.• Any employee relations and disciplinaries / grievances.• Sickness management and reporting where required.• All MI and data concerning the above and all things HR and creating reports.• Maintaining effective HR records.We are ideally looking for an experienced HR professional, with CIPD level 5 and the relevant experience of all of the above.We do require someone highly organised, able to work under pressure, with excellent IT and administration skills.Hours of work – Monday to Friday 7.45am – 4pm£32,000 - £36,000paBenefits include – sports and leisure facilities on site, parking, generous holidays and much more.Please email asap if interested.
