Job Description

HR Officer Liverpool based- Multi siteManufacturing Up to £30,000Opportunity for a CIPD L5 Study supportAccountable Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Officer to join anestablished SME with exciting plans for further growth. Our Liverpool based client is looking to recruit an aspiring generalist to help and support the Human ResourceBusiness Partner reshape and reform the HR function in support of their new people plan. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking for a fast-paced environment in a role that is extremely varied and rewarding. Responsibilities include:

  • Actively support the HR function with projects and change initiatives as directed
  • Support the effective operation of all HR administration throughout the full employee life cycle
  • Maintain all employee data on the HR system
  • Understand and ensure full implementation of the policies and procedures.
  • Maintain relevant ER awareness by keeping self-updated on upcoming employment law
  • To collaboratively work with the HRBP to ensure consistency in service and standards
  • Coach and advise with the guidance of the HRBP on ER cases
Skills Required:
  • Understanding of HR functions and applicable employment law
  • Self-motivated/self-disciplined
  • Ability to work well with colleagues, multi-task and produce results within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation
  • Strong interpersonal, team building and personal development skills
  • Sound analytical organisation
  • Confident in Microsoft Office Word, (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness and ability to support the HRBP on the multisite operation.
