HR Coordinator Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Per AnnumLocation: Liverpool/ Remote WorkingMacmillan Davies are delighted to be working again with our client, a well reputable private healthcare provider based in Liverpool whose business is doing phenomenally well in their search for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their growing HR team ona permanent basis.With ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years, there will be plenty of opportunity for progression in this role Core responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include;*Acting as a first point of contact for managers for any junior level HR advisory employee queries in relation to performance management, disciplinary, absence management, policies, processes, and recruitment, escalating to the Head of HR where necessary*Proactively managing ER cases as required, ensuring that key interventions such as suspensions, are kept to a minimum and other case management events are progressed efficiently.*Being the first point of contact for all HR related queries *HR administration duties such as referencing and dealing with any payroll queries*Adding new starters to the system and ensuring that the database is kept up to date*Dealing efficiently with any employee queries *Updating employee holiday and sickness records*Organising meetings and taking minutesThe successful candidate for this HR Coordinator role will have a sound ER knowledge and a solid background within HR Administration.Skills and experience required;-Sound experience as an HR Coordinator/HR Administrator -Ability to organise and prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment.-Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business.-CIPD level 5Experience gained from within a Healthcare organisation will be highly advantageous but not essential for this role.
