Our client, a private healthcare provider based in Liverpool whose business is doing phenomenally well is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing HR team on a permanent basis.With ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years, there is plenty of opportunity for progression in this role of HR Advisor and with the support of 2 HR Assistants this is a true generalist advisory role.Core responsibilities of the HR Advisor include;-Acting as a first point of contact for managers for any HR advisory employee queries in relation to performance management, grievance, disciplinary, absence management, policies, processes and recruitment, escalating to the Head of HR where necessary.-Proactively managing ER cases, ensuring that key interventions such as suspensions, are kept to a minimum and other case management events are progressed efficiently. -Supporting Head of HR in delivering HR initiatives & projects in support of the HR strategy.-Providing HR advice, support and expertise in order to contribute to the achievement of Company objectives (covering both strategic and operational elements) with a strong emphasis on supporting and coaching managers to deliver the best possible employee experience.Skills and experience required;-Sound experience as an HR Advisor having exposure to ER issues-Ability to organize and prioritise a caseload within a fast-paced environment.-Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business.-CIPD level 5Experience gained from within a Healthcare organisation will be highly advantageous in this role.
