Job Description

Senior HR AdministratorLocation: LiverpoolSalary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annumThe Company:A leading global player in the energy industry, committed to delivering excellence in energy solutions. A forward-thinkingcompany with a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and employee development.The Role:Senior HR Administrator working as part of the HR Shared Services team, the operational hub in Liverpool.As Senior HR Administrator youll be accountable for the provision of a customer centric hire to retire HR administration service to employees, managers, HR and where required external stakeholders.You will also be acting as the subject matter expert in the area of Data Quality and coach other members of the team to deliver an ever-improving service experience.The ideal candidate will possess robust data administration skills, with a proven track record in managing employee data within a multi-site environment.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a global organisation, work in a shared services environment, and grow within a supportive team.Day to Day:

  • HR Administration for employee lifecycle
  • Preparation of data and entries to support the payroll process as required
  • Employment correspondence and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based)
  • Be the first point of escalation for your expert areas on any transactions, contractual or procedural actions and queries that require review, guidance, or problem resolution.
  • Coach and develop other members of People Services and where required the wider HR team in key processes and procedures
Work Environment:

  • Four days in the office, providing a balance between remote and on-site work.
  • Liverpool office location with easy access to transportation and amenities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in HR administration with a focus on data management.
  • Familiarity with working in a large multisite business environment.
  • Strong data administration and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of global HR practices and regulations.
