Job Description

This HR Advisor role is a generalist position that covers a wide range of human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of HR management, including employee relations (ER), recruitment, handling employee queries,mentoring, and overseeing the end-to-end employee life cycle.Client DetailsIm delight to be partnering with a property and engineering company based in Speke. They have been established for over 40 years and looking for a HR Advisor to join their team.Description

  • Employee Relations (ER): You will be expected to manage employee relations issues within the organisation. This involves providing advice, guidance, and support to both employees and management in resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
  • Recruitment: You will be involved in the recruitment process, from posting job vacancies and conducting interviews to onboarding new employees. This includes working closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is efficientand effective.
  • Employee Queries: Responding to employee inquiries and concerns is an essential part of this role. Youll be expected to provide information and guidance to employees on HR-related matters and company policies.
  • Mentoring: As an HR Advisor, you may be responsible for mentoring and coaching employees, helping them develop their skills and abilities. This can be particularly important for career development within the organisation.
  • End-to-End Employee Life Cycle: You will oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding when employees leave the company. This involves ensuring a smooth and compliant process at every stage.
Profile
  • Prior experience in an HR advisory role is typically preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
