A fantastic new opportunity has come up for an experience Housing Disrepair Litigator to join an growing litigation firm based in Liverpool City Centre! Offering a fantastic salary of up to £36,000, along with a fantastic benefits package and great progressionopportunities, this role is perfect for Solicitors and Fee Earners with some prior experience handling Housing Disrepair claim.This role will see you responsible for:
  • Handle your own Housing Disrepair caseload from start to settlement/trial
  • Deal with a mix of both pre-litigated and litigated cases
  • Ensure clients are advised and kept informed throughout the duration of their claim and feel supported throughout their claim
  • Work alongside partners and senior fee earners in the continued development and growth of the department
Ideally you will be an experienced litigator, either qualified or non-qualified, and preferably have good experience within Housing Disrepair, although candidates with less Housing Disrepair experience will be considered. You will be comfortable dealing withlitigated cases from start to finish, and have handled your own fairly high caseload in the past.What the firm can offer you is a fantastic salary of up to around £36,000 (although more senior candidates will be considered for higher salaries), along with having a fantastic and comprehensive benefits package including 24 days holiday (+ bank holidays),a bonus scheme and some opportunities for flexible working.
