A leading national firm who is continuing to expand its presence is seeking a Residential Conveyancer who is looking to work from home. If you live in Merseyside (Liverpool, Wirral, Chester and further afield) and you would like the opportunity to moveyour career from the office to your home then this could be the opportunity for you.One of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal) to join its home working team which continues to grow and expand.You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions which youll see through from instruction through to completion, including sales & purchases, shared ownership, new build, right to buy and remortgages. Your focuswill be on maintaining excellent client service/care and building relationships and handle any queries throughout the process.To be considered for this role, you must be well versed in handling a broad conveyancing caseload and will likely have 2yrs+ experience in handling your own caseload of residential property files from start to finish, with minimal support.Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from a competitive salary up to c£35,000, an attractive bonus based on completion targets, compliance, and customer service satisfaction.
