A full time, temporary position has become available to work in Liverpool City Centre within a Government body as a Higher Executive Officer working 37 hours per week. The worker will be paid at £9.51, rising to £12.48 per hour after 12 weeks. This role for approx. 3 Months.The key responsibilities are but not limited to:o Recording the details of breaches onto the database and creating an audit file on the necessary systemso Completing risk assessments on each reported incidento Conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the reported breacheso Communicating with various stakeholders via telephone and email as part of the investigation into the breaches in order to fully understand the circumstanceso Regular briefings and updates to colleagues within the Complaints and Investigations team Regular team meetings with colleagues for updates on statistics and investigationso Working with the department to resolve and close the breach and prevent the breach reoccurring in the future.If youre interested in this position please apply online or call Maya / Julia on .
