Job Description

The Caroola Group are looking to recruit a helpdesk support analyst to be based at our Warrington Office . We value adaptability and change as core traits in our team members, and we offer opportunities for career progressionand growth.Role Profile: Working within a busy IT service desk team the helpdesk support analyst will receive great exposure to all of the inner workings that make up successful IT team supporting 400 users across the Caroola group. The successful candidate will be committed toproviding a quality service and will have a passion for technology and customer service in equal measure.Key Responsibilities:

  • IT housekeeping and documentation.
  • Answering calls into the IT service desk and managing them through to completion or escalation.
  • Information gathering/ fact finding to support resolution of queries.
  • Hardware support and asset management.
  • Onboarding of users onto internal systems, access rights, roles and permissions.
  • Laptop imaging and distribution.
  • Assisting other areas of the IT team with project work and BAU tasks.
  • Daily IT maintenance tasks.
  • Software installation and configuration.
  • User training and support.
  • Site visits between two sites in the Northwest.

Key Skills/ Experience
  • Prior intermediate service desk experience.
  • The support of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems in a small to medium sized enterprise environment.
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure AD and on premise AD.
  • Collaboration and coordination.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience.
  • A basic understanding of network fundamentals.
